As a parent you realise the importance of being involved in the academic life of your child, not restricted to mere home-work assistance and exam studies. You want to know how he is faring in class. Attending parent teacher meetings (PTMs) in School tend to leave you dissatisfied. The time allotted to each parent is clearly not enough. Moreover, sometimes you feel the need to communicate your concerns to the teachers and PTMs are not the best forum to do so.
